I am currently the Manager of Information Services at Angstrom Precision Metals (formerly Worthington Precision Metals)
and am a part-time adjunct professor at National College in Willoughby Hills.

In my fourteen years at Worthington/Angstrom, I have performed as a project manager, systems architect, infrastructure
designer, network troubleshooter, and help desk coordinator. My department has managed several enterprise level project
implementations including email platform migrations, server upgrades, telephone switch implementations, and payroll
system upgrades. Most of these projects involved research, planning, purchasing, installing, training, and maintenance.
Most projects required the involvement and cooperation of other departments.

Currently, I negotiate and maintain contracts for all data and voice communications. I have developed and maintain the
disaster recovery and backup programs. Working with the CFO, I have developed the corporate IT budget and have
been able to dramatically reduce our telecommunications costs.

My telecom experience includes configuration and administration of Lucent Definity ProLogics and Legend switches,
Audix Intuity voice mail systems including tone and tag troubleshooting.

In prior positions, I have been involved in network engineering, sales, service and training. I have been both a vendor and
purchaser of products and services, and so have insight and experience on both sides of the table. I hold a Bachelors of
Science in MIS and a MBA from Cleveland State University as well as several industry technical certifications. I am also a
member of several industry trade associations.

Thank you.
